Responsibilities of our entry-level Wireless Customer Service & Sales Representative:

  • Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account in-person
  • Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
  • Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
  • Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
  • Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
  • Brainstorm and strategize with other entry-level Sales Representatives new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins

Requirement for our next entry-level Wireless Customer Service & Sales Representative: 

  • An associate’s Degree is highly recommended, but not required
  • 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR an equivalent entry-level position is required
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must!
  • Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
